Services
CyberTroopz LLC ("we") provides AI implementation consulting, workflow automation, and related IT services. The scope, timeline, and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.
Engagements
Each project is governed by its own agreement. If there is any conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work product created for a client is assigned to that client on full payment. Our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
